Support implementations, trainings, and module validations A technology and software development company is seeking a Technical Support professional in Joinville (North Industrial Zone). **Responsibilities:** Assist customers through support channels, providing technical support to users of the Electronic Time Clock system. Analyze and resolve technical tickets. Document and track issues until resolution. Analyze system logs and data. Forward fixes and improvements to the Development team. Support implementations, trainings, and validations of the time clock module. Follow internal procedures while maintaining quality and courtesy.
