Promotes training and personnel development initiatives and programs **Senior HR Analyst** **Hiring Company: Retail Sector \- Variety Store** **Boa Vista Neighborhood \- Joinville/SC** Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site ️ **Job Mission:** Conduct HR and Personnel Department analysis, recruit and select new employees, identify training needs, and evaluate personnel performance. Develop career plans and disseminate organizational culture to senior management and store leadership. ✅ **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform routine admission and contract termination processes for employees; * Administer and record payroll-related events (overtime, benefits, labor charges, etc.); * Manage and record employee vacations, medical certificates, absences, statutory leaves, and payroll-related labor charges in the system; * Monitor and verify employee time cards; * Provide guidance and resolve employee inquiries regarding labor legislation; * Draft and update job descriptions; * Issue and organize HR documentation; * Promote training and personnel development initiatives and programs; * Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees; * Perform external duties at other stores in the retail network as needed; * Handle other routine Personnel Department tasks. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields * Proficiency in HR and Personnel Department routines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Valid driver's license (CNH B) * Prior experience in retail is a plus. **Benefits:** * Transportation Voucher (Flash card) * Attendance Bonus \- R$ 200.00 * Afternoon Coffee * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Discounted purchases at the store Working Hours: Monday to Thursday \- 08:30 to 18:30 (with 1-hour lunch break) Friday \- 08:30 to 17:30 (with 1-hour lunch break) Salary Offer: R$ 5\.500,00 to R$ 5\.800,00 (negotiable based on experience and skills) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree * Human Resource Management, Bachelor's Degree * Psychology, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Requirement: B * Transportation Voucher (Flash card) * Attendance Bonus \- R$ 200.00 * Afternoon Coffee * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Discounted purchases at the store
