If you seek a place to develop, share ideas, and become part of a company that values both people and results, **Unicooper may be your next career step**. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users, on-site and/or remotely; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment; * Assist in network administration and monitoring (cabling, Wi\-Fi, switches, and routers); * Assist in creating, maintaining, and managing user access, email accounts, and internal systems; * Perform installation, configuration, and updates of software and operating systems; * Support backup routines, antivirus management, and information security best practices; * Log and track technical support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery; * Support basic tasks related to systems and software used by the company. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, networks, and operating systems); * Experience providing technical support to users, both on-site and remotely; * Knowledge of installing, configuring, and updating Windows software and operating systems; * Familiarity with maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience or knowledge of management software (ERP, CRM, or other business management systems); * Familiarity with server administration, virtualization, or cloud services; * Basic knowledge of information security; * Experience managing user access controls, permissions, and user-related routines in systems.
