Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the carrier's operational efficiency, monitoring KPIs, resolving operational issues, and supporting operational standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and monitor the daily loading and delivery schedule 2. Monitor operational KPIs and resolve issues 3. Ensure process compliance and support supervisors Ensure the carrier's operational efficiency, service level, and end-to-end execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and monitor the carrier's daily loading schedule, route planning, and deliveries. * Monitor operational KPIs: On-Time In-Full (OTIF), delays, redeliveries, damages, returns, and incidents. * Directly address operational issues (delays, loading errors, vehicle shortages, customer constraints). * Daily interface with distribution centers (DCs), dispatch team, sales team, and key customers. * Monitor fleet productivity (vehicle utilization, kilometers driven, idle time, loading/unloading time windows). * Ensure compliance with processes, delivery rules, scheduling requirements, and tax regulations. * Support the carrier's supervisory team in standardizing operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in transportation and road freight management. * Experience in hiring and managing carriers. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and freight cost management. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS (Transportation Management System) or ERP systems. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Joinville \- SC. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in national distribution operations. * Knowledge of freight auditing and CTE (Electronic Freight Bill) analysis. * Experience with SAP or Power BI systems. * Experience in logistics optimization and cost reduction projects. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
