




Job Summary: Manage product launches, maintain product portfolio materials, develop and manage marketing and trade marketing campaigns, and monitor results. Key Highlights: 1. Full product lifecycle management, from briefing to launch. 2. Development and execution of sell-in and sell-out campaigns. 3. Interface with market, product, and sales teams. Manage product launches from briefing through market launch, organizing marketing timelines and deliverables. Maintain product portfolio materials (catalogs, sales materials, label/packaging updates, etc.). Liaise with market and product teams. Develop and oversee trade marketing request workflows and processes. Receive and manage co-op marketing requests. Create and manage sell-in and sales team incentive campaigns, as well as sell-out campaigns for customers. Collaborate with the creative team or external vendors to develop merchandising/displays in line with current trends. Manage inventory of merchandising/displays. Support sales team requests according to plan. Monitor and track executed activities at customer sites and analyze results. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in: Canva, Intermediate Excel, Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of sell-out management tools and campaign KPIs. Analytical capability. Knowledge of sales KPIs. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience with BI tools.
