Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting recruitment and selection processes, aligning job profiles, monitoring new employee onboarding, and developing training and development initiatives. Improve recruitment and development processes **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for network store positions (screening, interviews, and referral to managers); * Align with leadership on job profiles and hiring needs; * Monitor onboarding of new employees; * Develop training and development initiatives for store teams; * Contribute to improving recruitment and development processes. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in recruitment and selection and/or training and development; * Strong communication skills for conducting interviews; * Basic knowledge of Excel. **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills; * Organized with a sense of priority; * Proactive; * Ability to build effective relationships with leadership and teams.
