Coordinate accounts payable/receivable, billing, invoice issuance, and cash flow monitoring. Manage procurement processes, strategic negotiations with suppliers, and contract control. Develop and monitor the annual budget (Budget), analyzing financial reports and performance KPIs. Ensure standardization of internal, tax, and legal regulations, supporting executive decision-making. Previous experience as Administrative Manager, Administrative Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
