Ability to handle unexpected situations and solve problems **Sound and Lighting Supervisor Position** **Working Hours:** * From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday, including holidays. * On nights with events, working hours extend until 10 p.m. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in sound design and stage lighting for performances, with registration in the DRT in at least one of the following areas: Lighting Designer, Lighting Technician, Light Operator, Sound Designer, Sound Technician, Sound Operator. * Acceptable documents for experience verification (submit at least two): Portfolio, Work Record Book (CTPS), Letter of Recommendation. **Required Competencies:** * Team coordination and leadership. * Organization and courtesy. * Ability to interact effectively with people (teamwork, internal and external customer service). * Ability to handle unexpected situations and solve problems. * Frustration tolerance (ability to handle internal and external complaints). * Initiative and ability to act confidently. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
