Provide technical support to customers A telecommunications company is seeking a Technical Assistant in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications devices, including antennas, cables, routers, and others. Conduct tests and diagnostics to identify faults in telecommunications equipment and networks. Provide technical support to customers, clarifying doubts and resolving issues related to telecommunications services. Previous experience as a Technical Assistant, Support Technician, Maintenance Assistant, or Technical Intern may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma completed.
