The professional must pay close attention to safety, proactively support pedagogical instruction, and commit to developing students' aquatic skills, always maintaining a collaborative attitude and an active mindset for learning. **Responsibilities** * **Ensure Safety:** Continuously monitor the swimming pool area, ensuring compliance with safety and prevention standards; * **Pedagogical Support:** Assist instructors in conducting swimming lessons (children and adults) and hydrogymnastics classes, supporting stroke correction and exercise execution; * **Organization and Maintenance:** Perform pool zoning and maintain equipment (kickboards, noodles, audio equipment, etc.); * **Welcoming Service:** Greet students at the pool edge, maintaining an ethical, encouraging, and attentive posture toward individual needs; * **Flow Management:** Track student attendance and lane reservations, ensuring training organization and regularity. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Physical Education undergraduate program (**Bachelor's degree**), from the 2nd semester onward; * Basic/intermediate swimming proficiency (knowledge of all four strokes); * Proficiency in using digital tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Genuine interest in developing technical skills focused on aquatic sports. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge in Swimming Methodology, Training, Biomechanics, Physiology applied to water, or aquatic first aid/rescue, or related fields; * Proactivity in learning about swimming training periodization and hydrogymnastics class dynamics. **Behavioral Skills** * **Mindful Attention:** Full focus on student safety and well-being in the aquatic environment; * **Enthusiasm and Discipline:** Energy to motivate students of all ages and commitment to processes; * **Service Mindset:** Empathy, patience (especially with children), and ethical conduct; * **Clear Communication:** Transparency in interactions with students, guardians, and team members; * **Willingness to Grow:** Openness to feedback and eagerness to share knowledge with the team. **Technical Skills** * Ability to observe and correct basic movements in water; * Equipment organization and time management between class transitions; * Practical problem-solving and ease with management technology; * Basic understanding of training and adaptation to the aquatic environment. **??
