Injection Mold Maintenance Technicians (PET)

Job Summary: Mechanical technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molds, with focus on fault diagnosis and refurbishment. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molds 2. Fault diagnosis and refurbishment of hot runners 3. Experience with quality tools (5S, 5 Whys) Description: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Fitter * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Availability to work on shift schedules * Knowledge of quality tools (5S, 5 Whys) * Ability to interpret technical drawings * Knowledge of TOTVS will be considered a plus * Knowledge of injection molds will be considered a plus * Ability to interpret technical drawings * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PET injection molds together with Engineering and Technical Support * Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to resolve issues * Perform refurbishment of hot runners and injection molds * Replace components while maintaining tool originality * Issue technical reports on performed activities * Open and close maintenance orders * Request spare parts and maintain updated inventory control * Keep the workplace organized and contribute to maintaining the workspace, PPEs, engineering controls, tools, and equipment (5S) * Comply with ABNT standards, internal regulations, and technical and quality procedures * Experience operating overhead cranes 2511110202181800290
