Job Summary: Responsible for leading and supervising corrective and preventive building maintenance, coordinating teams and ensuring system efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment management and material requisitions Responsible for leading and supervising the execution of corrective and preventive building maintenance, ensuring the efficiency of electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems. Coordinate the team, assign tasks, monitor work quality, ensure compliance with standards, and conduct material and maintenance requirement assessments. Support management in ensuring effective budgetary control. Manage the maintenance team to ensure adherence to established routines. Control equipment and machinery. Handle requests and incidents submitted by company departments. Submit maintenance material requisitions and control material withdrawals. Willingness to work and move between locations. **Requirements:** Completed High School Bachelor's degree in progress (desirable) Minimum 1 year of proven experience Leadership
