The role will focus on customer relationship management, proposal drafting, proposal follow-up, contract organization, and providing commercial support to lawyers. If you excel at customer service, are goal-driven, and eager to grow in the legal-commercial field, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in progress in Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in customer service or commercial support; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and multitasking ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (CRM, e\-mail, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in law firms or service-based companies; * Familiarity with tools such as RD Station, Sólides, Trello, or similar platforms; * Basic understanding of contracts, proposals, and legal terminology; * Commercial mindset with a results- and relationship-oriented approach. * Supporting the drafting of commercial proposals. * Customer service and prospecting via telephone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * Managing and tracking commercial proposals and contracts; * Updating and maintaining CRM records with customer data and follow\-ups; * Providing commercial information and reports to support the legal team; * Scheduling meetings and organizing follow\-up routines with leads and partners; * Monitoring departmental commercial KPIs and targets; * Assisting in active prospecting initiatives (as needed); * Managing schedules and commercial visits. * Order tracking and post\-sales follow-up.
