If you enjoy dynamic environments, have strong communication skills, and like interacting with people, join our team! **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct welcome calls with new students. * Monitor students’ experience throughout the course. * Track student attendance. * Conduct periodic follow-ups with students and their guardians. * Record interactions in the system. * Support sales campaigns for events and internal activities (e.g., Halloween, workshops). * Assist in preparing simple reports on retention and satisfaction. * Provide administrative support. * Interact with and assist students present at the school. * Comprehensive training for all responsibilities. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Proficient with digital tools. * Proactive and relationship-focused personality.
