Job Summary: A plumber responsible for repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of hydraulic, sanitary, and rainwater systems, including both preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform repairs and adjustments on hydraulic and sanitary systems 2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic installations 3. Proven experience as a plumber Plumber: Proven plumbing experience verified through employment record book. Perform repairs, adjustments, and calibrations on valves, shut-off cocks, pipelines, flush tanks, centrifugal pumps, as well as small-scale services or renovations on hydraulic, sanitary, and rainwater installations; perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to the schedule provided by the maintenance supervisor; replace bearings and repair centrifugal pumps; unclog pipelines and sewage and rainwater tanks, as well as valves, floor drains, and siphons; Perform other related tasks inherent to the function, as directed by contract supervision. **Requirements:** Proven experience documented in employment record book.
