A benchmark in the sector for its commitment, quality, and promptness in service delivery—including air conditioning maintenance, building maintenance, equipment sales, air conditioning construction, and hydraulic and electrical installations. **Description:** We preferentially seek a mid-level technician to work as an **HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Estimator**, focusing on preparing air conditioning estimates and conducting quantity takeoffs for projects. We seek a responsible, proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability, to be employed under a **CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) contract.** **Responsibilities:** * Quantifying materials and services required for refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Monitoring costs and updating pricing information. * Preparing estimates and measurements for construction projects. **Requirements:** * Mid-level technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration (preferred), or HVAC-related knowledge—currently studying or graduated. * AutoCAD proficiency. * **Proactive, committed, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
