Amazon Logistics is seeking a Team Leader to join the AMZL Brazil team at our Delivery Station in Salvador\-BA. This role requires on-site work under pre-agreed shifts. Four core focus areas: Safety, Quality, Customer Experience, and Productivity. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring the health and quality of operations to guarantee products are available for Amazon customers. Key job responsibilities * Review work plans and define productivity requirements for production to meet overall operational objectives. * Partner with other Operations Leaders to balance workload, ensuring balanced and efficient shifts while all meet operational objectives. * Support all health and safety programs to ensure a safe workplace for all associates. * Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tool implementations. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree * Experience in customer\-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing * Experience with project management * Experience with interrupt service routines, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization * Experience managing people * Experience using Microsoft Excel **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Speak, write, and read fluently in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
