By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day\-to\-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. Conduct periodic on-site or remote audits to verify adherence to Work Instructions (WIs) and propose necessary corrective actions; Document non-conformities and track action plans; Disseminate the productivity map, ensuring managers use this tool to appropriately size headcount per workstation. **How you create impact** Operational Excellence Program (PEL) Lead the coordination of action plans targeting PEL offenders, ensuring operational teams implement effective and sustainable solutions. Monitor the operational excellence indicator and jointly identify offenders with the customer; Mobilize specific action plans with responsible departments; Ensure continuous operational adherence to the Operational Excellence Program. Contractual Penalties and Bonuses Propose adjustments and improvements to maximize gains and reduce penalty risks, directly acting on operational processes impacting the contractual program. Act both reactively and proactively to mitigate penalty risks, focusing on critical processes. Identify improvement opportunities that may generate contractual benefits and bonuses. **What we would like you to bring** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Residence in the Salvador region.
