Additionally, we are committed to the sustainable production of mineral fertilizers. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- Responsible for providing support to the Dispatch Department through fiscal movements (goods inbound and outbound, and NF integration via GRC), requiring monitoring of production pace against the current monthly plan and updating necessary KPIs for leadership visibility regarding targets. * Execute daily receiving and dispatch routines for goods; * Ensure cyclic inventory counts and required adjustments; * Generate and monitor production orders; * Perform daily scheduling for units; * Issue loading orders; * Execute APS for all loading orders; * Monitor raw material stock versus consumption needs in blending operations, verifying requirements for adjustments to operational plans; * Assist drivers, sales supervisors, freight carriers, and customers; * Ensure compliance with HESQ procedures and policies by promoting the Safe by Choice culture, with emphasis on health, safety, and quality for all employees and third parties within the area of responsibility; * Embody company values: collaboration, ambition, accountability, and curiosity. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
