




Job Summary: The Materials Assistant I is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and moving materials, ensuring warehouse organization and production replenishment, with emphasis on quality and safety. In your role as **Materials Assistant I**, your responsibilities will include: * Receive and inspect materials (raw materials, semi-finished goods, MRO items, and spare parts), verifying physical and documentary integrity * Complete Inspection Reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate to supervisor when necessary * Store materials in appropriate locations, ensuring quality, organization, and traceability * Replenish production according to system requests, meeting machine demands * Deliver materials, parts, and PPE to plant areas upon SAP order/reservation and inventory deduction * Operate internal movements using a forklift, in compliance with safety regulations (NR-11\) * Participate in annual physical inventories using handheld scanners and supporting documentation * Standardize and organize materials in stock (location assignment, labeling, grouping, and FIFO) * Maintain area organization per storage systems (pallet racks, block stacking, shelving) * Comply with quality, safety, environmental, and asset conservation standards * Act in accordance with OEA Compliance criteria * Perform SAP system entries and controls * Carry out related activities as directed by immediate supervisor **About Us** You already know our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
