




Job Summary: The professional will perform truck weighings, verify transportation documents, enter information into systems, and ensure proper archiving of documents. Key Highlights: 1. Communicates with production to align loading/unloading schedules **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift pattern 7x5 (07:00–15:00 \| 15:00–23:00 \| 23:00–07:00\) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform truck weighings upon arrival and departure, recording gross weight, tare weight, and net weight according to material type. * Verify transportation and fiscal documents (invoice and CT\-e), validating origin, destination, driver, and carrier data. * Enter weighing and transportation information into computerized systems (ERP, spreadsheets, or plant control software). * Issue weighing certificates and reports, and ensure physical or digital archiving of documents. * Communicate with production to coordinate unloading and loading schedules as per planning. * Identify and report discrepancies, such as weight differences or incorrect documentation, among others. * Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring organization and compliance with safety regulations. * Conduct visual inspections of cargo, observing safety conditions. * Comply with and uphold the company's established safety, environmental, and quality procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required. l. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Gympass, Profit-sharing program, On-site meals, Life insurance, Chartered transportation, Meal voucher
