We are seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team as a Facilities Analyst. **Job Responsibilities** * Provide daily internal operational support, ensuring material and equipment supply and optimal functioning of group units. * Request quotations from suppliers, compare prices and payment terms, issue, track, and formalize purchase orders, ensuring correct receipt. * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance; maintain a maintenance schedule that minimizes operational impact, prioritizing critical activities. * Update and close work orders in the maintenance management system, monitor and control maintenance records, and conduct follow\-up to ensure all activities are completed properly and within key performance indicators. * Complete checklists and monthly reports with a focus on continuous process improvement. * Research and register new suppliers and service providers, and monitor the performance of current ones. * Control maintenance and new store construction expenses, monitoring costs associated with work orders, materials, external services, and other related expenditures. * Negotiate with suppliers and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budget planning. * Participate in continuous improvement projects related to maintenance, construction, and procurement—including implementation of new technologies and remote equipment monitoring systems. **Requirements** Technical education in Construction, Administration, and/or Logistics Proficiency in Microsoft Office
