Clinical-surgical and outpatient dental care, including specialized procedures for patients with complex medical conditions.

Provision of clinical and outpatient care, bedside care, and procedures performed in the operating room.
Clinical-surgical dental care, oral hygiene, and oral adaptation for medically compromised and bedridden patients.
Performance of clinical-surgical dental procedures for patients with cardiac disease, renal disease, syndromic conditions, and systemic compromise.
Multiple extractions for patients with cardiac disease and abscess drainage. \- Daily outpatient schedule management, exclusively for preparation of patients scheduled for elective cardiac or renal surgeries (restorations, periapical and interproximal radiographs, extractions, subgingival and supragingival scaling).
Performance of clinical procedures at the bedside, including periapical and interproximal radiographs (for patients with limited or no mobility).
Suture removal;
Comprehensive emergency dental treatment for very young, non-cooperative children with cardiac disease, conducted in an outpatient setting.
Daily illustrative lectures on oral health care: dental caries, periodontal disease, oral cancer, risks of endocarditis, bacteremia, and sepsis in patients with cardiac and renal disease; information on pre- and post-organ transplant patient care.
Bedside visits and dental discharge for patients with cardiac and renal disease.
Clinical examination of patients at the bedside via interdepartmental consultations in hospital wards.
Oral hygiene guidance provided at the bedside. Oral cavity hygiene and adaptation at the bedside for patients with cardiac and renal disease.
Performance of clinical procedures at the bedside (for patients with limited or no mobility).
Supervision, guidance, and teaching for dental residents.
Supervision of undergraduate students from UFBA and other affiliated institutions, providing externships and extramural activities.
Guidance on research project development and support for dissertations and undergraduate theses (TCCs).
Production of scientific posters for conferences, seminars, and academic meetings.
Production of scientific articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Preparation of weekly clinical sessions for the entire dental team. Dental degree with active registration at the Regional Dental Council (CRO);
