




Job Summary: Assists in the planning, control, and management of maintenance activities, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance plans and managing area-related contracts and indicators. Creation and maintenance of technical documents Assists in maintenance planning and control activities; performs records, verifications, and controls; supports general preventive and predictive maintenance plans; manages area indicators; assists in managing temporary and permanent service contracts; organizes financial control and other related duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop work plans for maintenance services with necessary information to enable efficient scheduling, distribution, and execution; * Estimate required man-hours for each service; * Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize work orders for planning and scheduling purposes; * Assign codes to work orders (e.g., Emergency, Urgent, Critical, Non-Critical); * Receive weekly available man-hour forecasts from supervisors for appropriate planning and scheduling; * Develop a one-week schedule for each team/function; * Verify availability of required materials and special tools for service execution and request missing items; * Create, use, and maintain technical documents and files for various equipment and systems to include in work plans, thereby anticipating and avoiding delays; * Receive and evaluate service feedback to improve future planning efforts (e.g., use service completion time data for subsequent scheduling of similar services); * Conduct on-site inspections to verify plan adequacy and scope of work; * Collaborate with supervisors to develop schedules for emergency services; * Utilize maintenance software and other applications to support maintenance functions; * Stay familiar with safety laws and regulations; * Prepare reports; * Perform related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; \- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Completed technical course in building construction; * Proven experience in the field; * Prior experience in refrigeration/climate control is a plus. **Additional Information** * **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Gympass; * Transportation allowance or parking credential.
