This organization offers a unique service profile in Brazil, delivered through 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1. Social Interview; 2. Conflict Mediation; 3. Coordination with the socio-assistance network; 4. Issuing various notifications; 5. Preparing Social Reports to address social demands; 6. Organizing and participating in multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary meetings for case discussions; 7. Welcoming/Orienting family members and/or legal guardians; 8. Conducting Triage; 9. Managing the Waiting Room/Socioeducational Activities; 10. Creating/Participating in Workshop Groups; 11. Issuing Technical Opinions; 12.
