**What you’ll do here:**
* Mobilize professionals for the contract, ensuring high-quality response to requirements;
* Monitor and support the preparation of management reports;
* Ensure timely delivery and alignment with involved departments.
**Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor)**
**Working Hours:** 15 days on the day shift (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) and 15 days on the night shift (10:00 PM–8:00 AM).
**Desired Knowledge:**
* Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in Occupational Safety on construction sites, preferably with experience in construction site inspection or railway maintenance;
* Experience in Health and Safety documentation management, inspection of contractors, and contract mobilization;
* Behavioral skills: teamwork, systemic vision, discipline in executing routines, and proficiency in management tools;
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced level).

Technical qualification in Occupational Safety.
