Job Summary: The Fleet Analyst is responsible for analyzing non-conformities, managing stakeholder communications, updating operational indicators, ensuring fleet compliance, controlling maintenance, and managing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective/preventive actions 2. Manage contacts with employees, customers, and suppliers 3. Monitor fleet performance and control maintenance Position: Fleet Analyst Main Responsibilities: Analyze non-conformities identified in operations and propose corrective and preventive actions. Maintain contact with employees, customers, and suppliers to ensure operational alignment. Update spreadsheets and operational indicators (KPIs), monitoring unit performance. Record purchase orders, invoices, and other information in the system. Ensure compliance of operational resources, including drivers, vehicles, and equipment. Monitor fleet availability and control preventive and corrective maintenance. Issue CT-e and manage fleet traffic fines. Provide support to management activities when required. Update operational controls and reports to ensure information reliability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations. Technical knowledge of trucks, light vehicles, and/or forklifts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and the Internet.
