Solid experience in accounting firms **OPPORTUNITY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST** Salvador/BA \| Accounting Firm We are looking for an analytical, organized professional with leadership potential to join our team! **CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Department Management:** Leading the team, organizing tasks, and analyzing executed processes; **Technical Routines:** Financial statement closing, Income Statement (DRE), trial balance, cash flow statement, SPED, ECD, ECF, accounting reconciliations, accounting closing, and other department routines; Direct involvement with Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional tax regimes (Industry, Commerce, and Services); **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Accounting Sciences; Solid prior experience (preferably in accounting firms); Proficiency in accounting/fiscal legislation, Excel, and management systems; Analytical profile with focus on timely compliance delivery. **BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES:** **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00; **Career Development Plan** (Grow with us!); **Meal Allowance:** R$ 500,00 \+ Transportation Voucher; **Well-being:** **Birthday Day Off**; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location:** Rio Vermelho neighborhood in Salvador, BA (Ceasinha area).
