Ensure workplace safety and environmental organization Responsible for operating granulator machines that convert powdered materials—such as plastic resins—into granules of specified shape and size, for use in manufacturing processes of other products. * Program, prepare, and operate granulator machines for grain production. * Prepare the machine for manufacturing specific products. * Follow standards and procedures according to quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. * Monitor the production process, identify potential issues, and make adjustments to ensure product quality. * Adjust machine parameters—such as temperature and pressure—to achieve quality conforming to desired specifications. * Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Record production process information—including batches produced and adjustments made. * During operation, the operator monitors the granulator to ensure the process remains within specifications and the machine operates correctly. * Conduct inspections to ensure produced granules meet company-established quality standards, performing inspections and tests as necessary. * Organization and attention to detail. * Sort and identify waste for disposal, reuse, or recycling. * Workplace safety is a priority, requiring use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures to prevent accidents.
