Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Logistics Management, or related fields. Strong communication skills, as daily reporting to China is required, including technical explanations of Brazilian teams; Prior experience in production planning and logistics, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with production planning and materials management processes, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely completion of production tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle unforeseen situations. Data analysis, organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills. Solid knowledge of inventory management principles, production scheduling, and supply chain management. Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability. **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** Basic proficiency in Chinese. Experience in the automotive industry, including production planning for new plants and/or launching new vehicles/products into the market. Organize order reviews and coordinate delivery schedules with customers based on demand forecasts, ensuring production capacity meets requirements; Prepare, release, and monitor the production plan according to customer orders and requirements; organize and monitor workshop production to ensure on-time delivery; analyze production progress and drive improvements; Prepare material requirements planning (MRP) and procurement needs; manage and control material allocation; collect and coordinate handling of slow-moving inventory, ensuring timely material supply and appropriate distribution; Organize and coordinate resolution of production issues to ensure continuous operations and address any problems arising during production; Prepare performance evaluation documents and factory planning-related documentation, ensuring proper recordkeeping and compliance with procedures; Collect and analyze relevant data and information, and develop statistical models to support strategic planning; Develop plans and strategies, creating actions to achieve specific corporate goals and objectives; Monitor progress by tracking metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure plans are being properly executed. 251225020249473578
