Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Technician to work on CAD project design, budgeting, team supervision, and construction site monitoring, contributing to our mission of caring for health. Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design projects using CAD software; * Perform registrations in Departments and Units; * Prepare project budgets; * Supervise and guide team work; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Analyze data using budget spreadsheets and service execution control spreadsheets; * Monitor and prepare construction schedules; * Develop and submit daily and weekly construction reports; * Identify resource requirements needed to advance construction projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must Have:** * Completed technical course in Building Construction; * Knowledge of budget and control spreadsheets; * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD; * Experience in the building construction field; * Availability for travel. **Nice to Have:** * Experience in the healthcare sector; **Additional Information** CLT employment contract; Permanent position; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher; Employee benefits plan; Health club.
