\*Responsibilities\*
* **General Maintenance:** Perform minor structural repairs, such as masonry repairs, ceiling and wall repairs, replacement of roof tiles and gutters, and floor and tile repairs.
* **Plumbing:** Unclog drains, sinks, and toilets; repair leaks; replace valves and pumps.
* **Painting:** Paint walls and ceilings; perform minor plastering tasks.
* **Carpentry and Joinery:** Repair and adjust doors and windows; assemble furniture; perform minor woodworking tasks.
* **Masonry:** Repair damaged masonry; construct lintels and beams; implement masonry reinforcement systems.
* **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct periodic inspections to identify and prevent future issues, ensuring proper operation of equipment and facilities.
* **Material Management:** Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and request purchases when necessary.
* **Safety:** Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations.
* **Service Response and Reporting:** Respond to internal service requests and report damages identified in facilities.
**Requirements**
Completion of high school education;
NR35 certification;
Training courses and specific knowledge of processes under their responsibility;
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – basic level
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Duration: 3 months
Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$1\.800,01 per month
