Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation of the organization’s innovation management system and agile methodologies; * Propose and co-develop solutions through working groups to improve processes across our business areas; * Participate in multidisciplinary teams for mapping, analyzing, and redesigning organizational processes; Contribute to identifying opportunities for innovation in the institution’s processes, services, and work models. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Students from the 5th semester onward, interested in agile methods and innovation culture, studying: Information Technology; Administration; Engineering (Production, Electrical, or Environmental); Marketing / Advertising; Logistics; Psychology; Social Work;** * Availability to intern during one of the shifts (20 hours per week); * Ability to work effectively in teams and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Participation in academic projects, junior enterprises, leagues, extension projects, hackathons, or other innovation initiatives; Basic knowledge of project management tools. * **Additional Information** Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) continues expanding its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and focused on achieving optimal results.
