




Job Summary: Integrity and Compliance Analyst to develop policies, training programs, and monitor integrity programs and risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and internal audit of controls OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in Brazil, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, persons with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. This organization offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and draft internal policies supporting the compliance risk management framework; * Develop and implement a communication plan to promote and disseminate a culture of compliance with legal and internal regulations; * Design and deliver training and capacity-building sessions on ethics, internal policies, and regulatory topics; * Monitor/manage a whistleblowing channel dedicated to investigating reports of deviations from the Integrity Program; * Conduct internal investigations into reports received through the whistleblowing channel; * Prepare advisory opinions on matters related to the Integrity Program; * Develop and analyze performance and maturity indicators for the Integrity and Compliance Program; * Conduct due diligence and assess integrity, reputational, and legal risks associated with suppliers, partners, third parties, and merger/acquisition processes; * Continuously monitor critical third parties based on risk indicators; * Perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and continuously improve them by monitoring compliance and regulatory risk indicators. * Document analysis, report preparation, and monitoring of Integrity and Compliance Program performance metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or certification in compliance or GRC is desirable; * Minimum six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided in the company cafeteria.
