The Warranty Specialist will be responsible for supporting the resolution of warranty-related issues. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure the quality of products or services offered by the company; * Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential failures or defects; * Develop and implement action plans to correct identified issues; * Maintain detailed records of all quality assurance activities; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards. **Mandatory requirements** * Prior experience in quality assurance; * Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures; * Ability to analyze data and identify trends; * Capacity to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
