Work Location: Salvador/BA Your energy will be vital for: Supervising the Expansion of the Neoenergia Coelba Salvador Distribution Electrical System and its metropolitan region. Ensuring implementation of the company’s expansion strategy, policies, guidelines, and excellence standards for networks—considering both technical and commercial aspects—and their dissemination across business units affecting the company’s electrical distribution system. Responsibilities: * Implement strategy, objectives, plans, and targets for the Distribution Electrical System expansion, executing necessary breakdowns while considering strategic objectives, priorities, regulatory requirements, and national and international market practices and technologies—aiming to exceed technical and commercial performance indicators; * Disseminate the company’s strategy, mission, vision, values, strategic objectives, and organizational management model through communication, awareness-raising, and team mobilization; implement and manage security, organizational climate, human development, environmental, and corporate governance strategies, programs, and actions in conducting electricity distribution business; * Be responsible for logistics and coordination of field technical teams for planned operations and for restoring the electrical system following disturbances, accidents, or abnormalities in distribution networks; * Monitor expansion process results—including human, physical, qualitative, and financial aspects—and define preventive and corrective actions to ensure achievement of established goals and targets for the area, guaranteeing safe and efficient construction and maintenance of the SEP (Power System); * Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in processes, technologies, and management systems, as well as implement national and international best practices related to the company’s electrical system expansion; * Create mechanisms and ensure integration among areas under responsibility and other organizational areas, promoting alignment and strengthening relationships that enable continuous improvement and resolution of potential operational difficulties; * Represent the company at external events with stakeholders regarding electrical system expansion and preservation; * Encourage the area’s team members to generate new ideas, critical feedback, and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in processes, technologies, and management systems; * Share knowledge in a structured way—through formal training coordinated by Human Resources or informal upskilling initiatives—to meet specific capacity-building needs identified by the company, ensuring individual and organizational competency development and cultivating new leaders to continuously improve processes, results, and business sustainability. To join our team, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Completed MBA/postgraduate program (desirable); * Experience leading teams; * Prior experience in network maintenance (preferably in power distribution); * Experience in planning and expansion of distribution networks up to 34.5 kV; * Knowledge of underground networks and submarine cables (preferably); * Experience managing contracts; * Availability to work and reside in Salvador/BA.
