Professional development in an environment that values people as assets Responsible for managing the unit's logistics processes to ensure strict adherence to departmental goals and KPIs, following fundamental guidelines for safety, health, and environmental protection; optimizing resources / equipment (vehicles) / routes to reduce operational costs, with the objective of delivering excellent service to internal and external customers through proper management of available human and material resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinates the unit's logistics processes to meet goals and KPIs pre\-established by the Head Office Logistics Management. * Manages the unit's logistics processes. * Monitors, together with the Transportation Supervisor, the maintenance/cleaning process of the unit's owned fleet vehicles. * Supervises occupational safety processes during product loading/unloading operations, as well as internal movement (warehousing/picking). * Supervises product loading/unloading/warehousing and picking processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Economics, or Business Administration * Prior experience in people management * Proficiency with performance indicator analysis tools (Excel, BI) Being part of the remarkable legacy of Raymundo da Fonte fills us with pride in who we are and in our consistently growing and sustainable results.
