If you have leadership potential, are passionate about excellence in execution, and seek a company that values your professional growth, this role is for you! **Position: AS Execution Coordinator** **Location: Salvador/BA** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed * Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Market Strategies, or related fields * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint * Driver's license category B * Willingness to travel * Reside in or have easy access to the region **Main Challenges:** * Contribute to sales growth, brand visibility, and market share increase, aligned with company guidelines. * Coordinate and monitor trade marketing activities at AS points of sale, ensuring execution according to strategy. • Train and guide the promoter team on products and merchandising.• Analyze price surveys and propose competitive actions together with the Execution Manager and Commercial area. * Develop and present trade marketing action proposals based on market analysis. * Ensure execution standards at the point of sale (POS): pricing, perfect packaging, proper stock replenishment, and correct product exposure. * Monitor and correct implemented actions, presenting technical reports and sales performance updates. * Participate in defining departmental plans, goals, and strategies, providing accurate management information. * Ensure appropriate use of resources and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. * Manage the department’s budget, performing controls, monitoring, and necessary adjustments. * Focus on financial, qualitative, and quantitative results, ensuring continuous improvement. * Disseminate the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, ensuring team alignment and commitment. * Develop and train subordinates, enhancing competencies and performance. * Ensure ethics, confidentiality, and best practices in internal and external relationships. * Contribute to the company’s institutional image through strong relationships with customers and partners. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pet Care Plan Life Insurance Food Allowance Meal Voucher Company Car “Saber Viver” Program Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel
