Job Summary: Self-employed professional (PJ) responsible for managing and supervising teams, monitoring performance targets, participating in recruitment processes, conducting training sessions, and developing the team. Marketing and sales strategy formulation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, according to local business hours. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Manage and supervise teams through field visits alongside supervisors; * Monitor and enforce achievement of team performance targets; * Participate with the Recruitment and Selection department in hiring and termination processes, jointly with the General Manager; * Conduct individual and group alignment sessions with the team, including feedback delivery; * Collaborate and interface with other company departments; * Deliver training to supervisors within the team; * Develop the team; * Identify and monitor potential improvements and growth opportunities during field visits; * Assign portfolios to supervisors with a comprehensive view of key performance indicators, focusing on sales performance, delinquency, and expenses; * Propose new strategies to resolve pending issues when necessary; * Monitor daily team sales performance; * Identify and report any systemic failures to the General Manager; * Formulate and ensure execution of marketing initiatives together with the Commercial Supervisor and partner retailers to expand market reach; * Attend routine meetings with the General Manager and Superintendent for updates and channel performance metrics. **Requirements:** ***Required*** * Completed undergraduate degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category B \- Mandatory; * Willingness to travel frequently; * Retail industry knowledge; * Experience with financial products \- Preferred. ***What We Offer*** * Fixed Allowance of R$ 6\.000,00 * Variable commission * Leased vehicle. **Benefits:** Corporate mobile phone, Commissions
