Will also provide administrative support, contributing to the business's operational efficiency and financial control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support for the branch's financial routines (verifications, document control, and support for accounts payable); * Monitor suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and agreed-upon terms; * Support material quotation processes, including issuing requests, price comparisons, and basic negotiations; * Organize and maintain up-to-date files, contracts, and administrative records; * Support general administrative demands of the unit. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Technical course in Administration or Finance is desirable. * Prior experience in administrative or financial areas; * Experience with accounts payable and receivable routines; * Experience with quotations and supplier interaction will be an advantage.
