Dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth We are looking for an **External Sales Coordinator** to lead our field sales team, drive results, and strengthen relationships with strategic customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** The External Sales Coordinator will play a strategic role in leading the field sales team, ensuring execution of the sales plan and achievement of established targets. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, supervise, and develop the external sales team. * Set individual and collective targets, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop and implement commercial strategies for market expansion. * Monitor customer visit schedules and strategic negotiations. * Identify new business opportunities and portfolio growth opportunities. * Analyze sales reports, margins, profitability, and regional performance. * Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and standards. * Conduct regular alignment, feedback, and team development meetings. * Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing, logistics, finance, and operations. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional with strong leadership qualities, strategic vision, and a results-driven mindset, capable of managing external teams with focus on performance, market expansion, and excellence in customer relationship management.
