Availability to work on weekends and holidays **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in goods receipt, inspection, picking, and handling. * SAP system experience is considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks. * Capacity for learning, practical application, and consistent adherence to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * GOODS RECEIPT: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and required equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details regarding received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) on the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are available for sale. + Separates goods according to flow typology—store goods versus warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to carry out storage (receiving note). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, optimizing vehicle flow in the Goods Receipt yard and ensuring correct use of handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Maintains organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Performs safe pallet stacking to prevent damage to property and personnel. + Keeps the receipt area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage-validated items from Retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspection and placing shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Assistance, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods, maintaining physical space reservation and rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them ready for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for courier delivery (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Handles incoming calls to inform customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse location setup (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes daily canceled RSS orders. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good rapport and acts as the liaison with third-party couriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
