RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and building installations. Perform minor repairs on doors, furniture, walls, floors, and other structures. Support maintenance of non-medical equipment (air conditioning, lighting, pumps, etc.). Supervise third-party service providers when necessary. Record performed activities in spreadsheets, work orders, or internal systems. Ensure organization and preservation of tools and work materials. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and hospital protocols. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: Completed High School Education NR10 Certification Desirable: Prior experience in the field will be an advantage.
