We are seeking a **Junior Environmental Specialist**, with a degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, and/or related fields, and experience in **environmental investigation and remediation**, to work **in Salvador/BA** in an **on-site format.**

**Objective**
Responsible for monitoring and providing technical supervision of field activities related to environmental investigations and remediation, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* Technical monitoring and supervision of field activities, including investigative drilling, water and soil sampling, installation and monitoring of monitoring wells, supporting topography, in-situ testing, and other technical interventions related to the GAC; ensuring compliance with safety procedures, QA/QC, and applicable standards.
* Coordination and management of field teams and subcontractors: service planning, verification of technical compliance, performance control, and resource management.
* Acting as the technical interface with the client: conducting meetings, scope updates, clarifying technical questions, and aligning deliverables.
* Consolidation, QA/QC, and interpretation of field data and analytical results; preparation of potentiometric maps, cross-sections, and contaminant plumes.
* Preparation and presentation of technical documents: reports for various GAC phases, executive presentations, consolidated spreadsheets, and technical proposals.
* Development of remediation projects and preliminary studies (e.g., treatability tests, bench-scale tests), oversight of remediation solution implementation, and evaluation of technical alternatives.
**We expect you to have:**
* Proven experience in environmental investigation and remediation projects, including fieldwork and coordination/supervision activities.
* Experience managing subcontractors and direct client interaction.
* Practical knowledge of specialized software in the field (e.g., AquiferTest, AutoCAD, EQuIS or equivalent tools), along with familiarity with analysis and geoprocessing tools.
* Ability to consolidate and interpret analytical data and develop clear, consistent technical reports.
* Availability to work in the state of Bahia and travel as required.
* Valid Category B driver’s license.
* Advanced English (technical reading and communication)
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Active CREA/CRQ registration
