Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** The Production Leader oversees the production line and ensures that processes adhere to technical and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: * Planning, organizing, and assigning tasks to the production team while monitoring operator performance. * Controlling product quality in real time and ensuring compliance with established standards. * Analyzing daily production and quality reports, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions. * Monitoring productivity indicators (KPIs) and managing schedules, shifts, and overtime. **Skills and Competencies** * To perform this role effectively, the Production Leader must possess both technical and behavioral skills, including: * Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Knowledge of industrial production programming and activity planning. * Ability to resolve operational problems and make rapid decisions in critical situations. * Competence in quality control, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree; Experience in team management. **BYD (*****Build Your Dreams*****)** is a high-tech company dedicated to creating technological innovations for a better life.
