Collaboration in Training and Development to align processes. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for managing the Recruitment and Selection portfolio, handling a high volume of openings for operational and administrative positions. From job posting through resume screening to conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews. Referring candidates for admission medical exams, requesting and verifying documentation, managing ASO records, and monitoring PCMSO compliance. Responsible for onboarding new employees. Analyzing internal mobility to support strategic workforce management and human resources optimization. Direct collaboration with the Training and Development team to align the selection process with the company's training needs. Comprehensive management of HR routines, including payroll processing, vacation control, hiring and termination procedures, analysis of contract terminations, and electronic timekeeping supervision.
