Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst to review documents, identify inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with policies and management contracts, acting as an internal consultant. S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as an INTERNAL AUDIT ANALYST. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct, based on defined checklists, detailed verification of documents and entries from audited departments; • Verify compliance with management contracts; * Cross-check information from different sources (e.g., Invoice vs. purchase order vs. system entry; time sheet vs. payroll); * Identify and document any errors, inconsistencies, non-conformities with policies, or potential irregularities; * Prepare detailed audit reports, clearly and objectively indicating each identified non-conformity, its root cause, and associated risk; * Act as an internal consultant for the Accountability Team, clarifying questions regarding processes and ensuring the quality of information submitted to the contracting party; * Identify risks, inconsistencies, and potential deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Validate Explanatory Notes, when required for the payment process; Support external audits and regulatory agencies. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare sector; * Knowledge of administrative and financial processes; * Minimum six months of experience in the field is desirable; * Proficiency in computer applications (intermediate Excel and Word); * Knowledge of legislation applicable to public health and Social Organizations (OSS); * Familiarity with management contracts. **Additional Information** Workload: 200 hours per month * S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of a social and inclusive nature, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across the federation, operating in both public and private service delivery, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a national reference institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
