Job Summary: We are seeking a Pastry Chef to produce cakes, pies, and desserts; adhere to quality standards; manage inventory; and maintain organization within the pastry department. Teamwork in a dynamic gastronomic environment A catering service company for events and restaurant is looking for a Pastry Chef in Salvador. Vini Figueira Gastronomia is a company specialized in catering and gastronomic event services. We offer a unique experience with elaborately prepared dishes and personalized service. **Responsibilities:** Produce cakes, pies, cold and hot desserts, candies, doughs, and fillings. Follow technical sheets and quality standards established by the company. Perform assembly, decoration, and finalization of products. Manage pastry department ingredient inventory and report restocking needs. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the department in accordance with food safety standards (GMP and SOPs). Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and proper storage of food items. Ensure adherence to production deadlines and meet daily restaurant/hotel demands. Test new recipes and collaborate on new product development. Ensure proper use of equipment and utensils. Collaborate with hot kitchen, bakery, and other departments.
