




Job Summary: Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting food selection. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in food selection * Assist in preparing meals, desserts, snacks, dinner, and other items; * Distribute meals to patients; * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, including collecting and washing trays, cutlery, etc.; * Receive and distribute meals; * Collect or receive trays, dishes, and cutlery after meals, arranging for their washing, storage, or disposal; * Perform mise en place (preparation and setup of ingredients and equipment); * Conduct cleaning tasks throughout the food production area; * Assist in selecting (receiving) vegetables, meats, fish, and cereals for food preparation; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Prepare juices, salads, and teas.
