Responsibilities and Duties: * Maintain the condominium’s common areas clean and organized at all times, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and visitors. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment. * Contribute to resident satisfaction through a hygienic and well-maintained environment. * Ensure appropriate disposal of garbage and waste, following the condominium’s sustainability guidelines. * Actively collaborate with the team to support general maintenance and smooth operation of the condominium.
